Guest information

Our rules are different.

We welcome members and their guests to enjoy all the amenities that GreatHorse offers. Although our atmosphere is far more relaxed than traditional exclusive country clubs, we respectfully request that our members and their guests observe the following guidelines:

Upon arrival at front gate 

A call box is located on the left side of the driveway that leads up to the club property. Press the call button to identify yourself, and our concierge will open the gate.


Complementary full valet service is available to all members and guests. If you desire valet service, pull in front of the Clubhouse, under the portico. Golf bags can be brought down to our Pro Shop by our valets. Please note that GreatHorse is a non-tipping facility.


Lockers

Our Concierge will greet you as you enter the Clubhouse and are available to direct you to the locker rooms. Day-use lockers are available upon request. Members whose guests would like to utilize locker service are kindly asked to call ahead.


Valet & Parking

Complimentary valet parking, located in the front of the Clubhouse, is available to all members and guests. Additionally, ample parking is always available in our parking lot located to the right as you drive up, just a few steps from the entrance to the clubhouse.


There is also a dedicated and reserved parking lot adjacent to the Clubhouse that is handicap accessible.


Attire

Our club does not have an official dress code. However members and their guests are expected to dress suitably throughout their visit. During the summer months, shirts, shoes, and cover-ups are required when leaving the pool facility. Bathing suits are not acceptable attire on the patio or inside the Clubhouse.


Member Guests

All guest charges will be applied to the member’s account. Members are responsible for their guest’s compliance to all guidelines while using the Club. For more details on guest guidelines and play, please contact the Pro Shop at (413) 566-8010.


Cell Phone Use & Wi-Fi

The considerate use of cell phones is permitted. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Clubhouse. Please see the Concierge for Wi-Fi access.


Guest Golfing Limits

Guests are entitled to play the course when accompanied by a member. A guest can choose to play with the same member, or play with different members not more than a total of three times during the same calendar year. All guest fees will be charged to the member. Guests are welcome to make purchases from the Pro Shop using cash or credit card during their visit.


Restaurant & Bar

Guests may dine in the restaurant if accompanied by a member. The restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner - Tuesday through Sunday. Members will be charged for all dining expenses incurred by their guests. There are no restrictions on the number of times a guest dines with us. The non-tipping policy also applies to the restaurant. Please notify your server of any food allergies.


Basketball, Racket, Fitness Center, & Spa 

GreatHorse Amenities are available to all guests when accompanied by a member. Spa services include massage, manicures, pedicures, haircuts, straight razor shaves, and eyebrow threading. Personal Training is available in our Fitness Center. Guest’s use of services will be charged to the member’s account. The non-tipping policy also applies to spa services. To schedule an appointment, members should contact the Concierge.
